Mark Marlow

Mark has served as CFO of public and private companies. He has 25 years of experience developing financial plans, mergers, acquisitions, developing internal controls, and managing investment banking relationships. His experience also includes complex accounting processes, including stock compensation, revenue recognition, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He has spent his career focusing on high growth early-stage technology, the medical and technology staffing industry and healthcare service companies.

As CFO, Mark has successfully completed IPOs, raised capital, and closed M&A deals with firms such as Goldman Sach, Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, William Blair, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. As CFP and CAO of public companies, he has worked with large accounting firms such as Price Waterhouse, Ernst and Young, and Grant Thorton.
