St. Paul, Minn. – Meline is a veteran of the U.S. Navy J.A.G. Corps and has 18 years of executive leadership experience. She was the Chief Information Officer for a national technology advisory firm with more than 3,500 clients around the world. Meline has a proven track record of launching startups to profitability and increasing revenue for national managed service providers. Her successes include improving operational efficiency and implementing new channel business models, resulting in annual recurring revenue increases of millions of dollars year-over-year.
Prior to joining Blue Team Alpha, Meline was the Chief Information Officer at Technology Source, where she brought the 20-year-old technology solutions distributor into the age of digital transformation. She united them with top healthcare and compliance-focused cybersecurity, I.O.T., infrastructure, and SaaS strategies and partners, resulting in direct channel agreements with over 100 technology providers, including Blue Team Alpha.
At Blue Team Alpha, Meline will be responsible for leading business development efforts and expanding the company’s client base. She will work closely with the company’s team of Certified Incident Handlers, Penetration Testers, and Security Professionals. The company is led by former Chief Security Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, Compliance Officers, former and current Information System & Intelligence Military Personnel and Analysts, allowing them to provide industry-leading cybersecurity solutions to clients.

Furthermore, she frequently shares her expertise as a speaker at various channel, tech, and cybersecurity conferences and events. In recognition of her outstanding service, she has also received the prestigious Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
